Lasermail has the facilities to produce essential mail, also known as security mail and has the capabilities to encode invoices / statements / personalised multi page letters with barcodes.

Our INTEL mail inserter is able read encoded data and collate up to 6 personalised pages together. Once items are collated, it is able to fold items online and insert the collated set into an envelope with up to 6 items and seal.

• DL / C5 6–station INTEL machine with selective insert capabilities and VAF folder which matches & collates & folds up to 6 personalised documents)
• DL 4-station inserter; inserts up to 4 DL items into a standard size envelope
• DL / C5 6-station inserter; inserts up to 6 items including DL roll-folded brochure to a business card 
• 6-station C4 Mailmaster with intelligent capabilities; can insert & match 2  personalised A4 items and insert with a booklet and 3 other items 

Lasermail has a range of folding machines including;

• 2 x UFO folding machines; which are able to fold from A3 size, cross fold statements & other items and fold pre-folded brochures.
• 1 x Heidleberg Stahl folder T49 4/4/X is a complete folding package as it able to fold a wide variety of folds to produce 16pp A5 booklets & 24pp DL booklets.
