1. How quickly will you give me a quote request?
Well Lasermail has a policy that if you don’t receive your proposal
within 1 working day, with the exception of list requests, we will happily send
you a bottle of Margaret River Wine!
2. Will I be looked after and given exceptional service?
Lasermail is different! Each client is special to us, we enjoy speaking
with you and make you feel important. We understand that if it wasn’t
for you choosing us, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
3. Will you keep me up-to-date and confirm all aspects of my job?

couriering back overs quickly.
4. Do I pay for extra envelopes when my job was only 4650 items?
Not at Lasermail, we supply and overprint envelopes inhouse. Which means
you don’t pay for 5000 envelopes when your job was only 4650. Our
clients have the option to only pay for the envelopes they use.
5. Do you provide MAILING LISTS?
Lasermail has a comprehensive range of Personalised Industry Lists with
Executive Decision Makers. Lasermail are also licensed suppliers of
Business & Residential listings
6. Do you have a guarantee?
Lasermail’s Guarantee - our young and vibrant team guarantees to deliver
within a mutually agreed time – or you pay NOTHING for our service. We
know how important a guarantee is, so please be assured, we stand by our
word always!
