We will also email you a barcode address report,  on completion of your job (this will identify your client’s addresses, for which we were unable to allocate a barcode, and the reasons why) The report will help you to “cleanse” your database over time (if possible), at your discretion.

Your envelope must include;

• YOUR RETURN ADDRESS – located in the top left or reverse flap of envelope
• POSTAGE PAID AUSTRALIA – imprint MAX SIZE 26x40mm; located top right
• OFFPEAK or CHARITY MAIL NUMBER if applicable

• Lasermail to Eastern States Metro is 2 Business Days
• ADD 1 to 2 business days for Country locations

OFFPEAK DELIVERY TIMES

Any font is acceptable, provided it is readable by Lasermail.  It is preferred fonts are in 12 point and characters do not touch or overlap.

Advertising can be placed nearly anywhere, just as long as a clear zone is located 6mm left and right of the barcode and 2mm top and bottom of the barcode. Also the recipients details and barcode must keep clear 10mm to the left and right of the envelope edge and 15mm from the bottom of the envelope edge.
